Abstract
Investment budget and economic analysis methods for Chinese NPP project have formed, meeting the requirements of relevant parties. For export projects, contract price and economic analysis have directly influence on NPP’s economic, which is a determining involved factor, with the same importance as its safety. However, normal methods of export projects have not formed for Chinese exporters. By analyzing the difference between Chinese current domestic and export projects in investment budget, contract price, economic analysis, and exploring the potential connect of technical economic skills required for two kinds of projects, the focus to carry out related work on export projects is put forward. At the same time, related working methods in technical economic are presented, sought to propose some advice to the establish of relevant work guideline, in order to meet the requirements on technical economic in contract negotiation for NPPs’ exporting, providing strong support for Chinese NPPs’ exportation.
