Abstract

The case reports of three dogs, in which combined blood pool and bone phase radionuclide imaging was done, are presented. The procedure is accomplished by injecting 99mTc‐MDP and imaging at 3–5 min and 2 hours postinjection. These three cases suggest that a greater number of animals with varied etiologies should be scanned in this manner to determine the usefulness of the procedure.
