Abstract
Analytical Preisach distribution function (PDF) is calculated for a system of rigid 180 domain walls, moving in a random potential of small-scale inhomogeneities of the uniaxial anisotropy constant. The necessary condition for uniform scaling of the PDF with temperature is formulated. Results are supported by experiments on rare-earth garnet epitaxial films with a strong temperature dependence of the uniaxial anisotropy.
