Abstract

Aneuploidy is the most common cause of early pregnancy loss. Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) are reported to have an increased rate of spontaneous abortion as compared to patients without PCOS; however, the underlying mechanisms of this risk have not been fully characterized.
