Abstract
Preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) is associated with significant improvement in ongoing pregnancy rates per transfer, reduction of multiple pregnancies using elective single embryo transfer (eSET), and reduced miscarriage rates in women > 35 years or older. As these improvements have not been observed in women < 35 years old, we sought to investigate whether offering PGT-A to favorable prognosis young women can be counterproductive and lead to suboptimal pregnancy outcomes.
