Abstract
Objective To analyze the plan of prehospital emergency care for the patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected and divided into observation group with 42 cases who received prehospital emergency care and control group with 18 cases who did not received it.The patients in control group were sent to be hospitalized immediately,the patients in observation group received prehospital emergency care.Two group were compared with rescue success rate,sending into Intensive Care Unit (ICU) rate.Results In the observation group,after emergency rescue 38 cases were sent to the Medical general ward,accounted for 90.48%,4 cases were transferred to ICU,accounted for 9.52%.No death and rescue success rate was as high as 100% ; In the control group 18 cases of patients with emergency rescue,11 cases were sent into medical general ward treatment,accounted for 61.11%,6 patients were sent into ICU,account for 33.33%,1 cases died,accounting for 5.55%.There were significantly differences between two groups with rescue success rate and sending into ICU (P < 0.05).Conclusions Prehospital emergency care for the patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the clinical effect,as far as possible ensure patients'life safety.It is worth promoting clinical application.
