Abstract

Women with end-stage chronic renal failure have low fertility. This condition is reverted after renal transplantation. Transplanted pregnant women require specialised care and particular attention must be devoted to both the preconception counselling and the most frequent complications associated with this type of pregnancies. The authors report three cases of pregnancy following renal transplantation occurred in our centre and we revise the literature on the subject.
