Abstract

Hemophilia is a recessive X-chromosome genetic diseases with coagulation disorders, due to clotting factor Ⅷ or Ⅸ deficiency. Pregnant women with hemophilia could be at risk of bleeding throughout gestation and during delivery. This article introduced the prenatal diagnosis, obstetrical management, delivery mode, therapy and newborn treatment of hemophilia.
