Abstract
The authors present a review about some aspects of pregnancy and puerperium, and theis relationship with the criminal law in our country. They focused the main medicolegal aspects related with preterm parturition, with abortion, with neonaticide and with newborn infant abandon. Finally, they explain about the criminal doctrine related with this crimes.
