Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the minimum-volume-cooling (MVC) method to cryopreserve human blastocysts by vitrification. We have used this method before to vitrify oocytes, producing term pregnancies by transfer of embryos derived by ICSI of vitrified oocytes (2003 Fertil Steril 80:223).
