Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Women with endometrial insufficiency as determined by inadequate endometrial proliferation following adequate E2 stimulation have reduced implantation rates compared to their aged controlled peers. For those who do conceive, only limited data are available to determine if they are at increased risk for obstetrical complications throughout clinical pregnancy. This study details the obstetrical outcomes of women with different endometrial thickness levels attained during IVF.
