This information should include: •The reason(s) why the meeting will take/took place virtually (covid-19/travel restrictions, etc) For the first time, the Symposium is being held in the videoconference mode (Zoom) consequent to the pandemic (covid-19).•Location where the organisers will be/were: Institute of Coal Chemistry and Chemical Materials Science of Federal Research Center of Coal and Coal Chemistry SB RAS, Russia, Kemerovo, Soviet avenue, 18For the effective fruitful work of the Symposium, a number of organizational technical measures were held: a small conference hall of the Federal Research Center in the central building was reequipped for videoconferencing, a full set of technical equipment and an Internet platform for conferences were specially purchased.• The Model, for example, the plenary, the contributions, the time spent to deliver the talks by each speaker: 1. The official opening and greeting of the participants of the Symposium took place at 14.00. The start time was chosen for the comfortable participation of scientists from other cities, taking into account the different time zones of Russia. On the first day of work 6 plenary reports were made. The work of the Symposium was opened by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Scientific Director of the FRC CCC SB RAS, Academician Z.R. Ismagilov. He introduced the guests of the Symposium from Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia.The highest scientific level of the Symposium is confirmed by the participation of four Academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences, two of whom are laureates of the International Prize “Global Energy” (“Energy Nobel Prize”): Academician Kontorovich A.E. -2009, academician S.V. Alekseenko – 2020.The international level of the Symposium is confirmed by the participation of Academician Budebazaryn Avid, Chief Scientific Secretary of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences in Ulan Bator and Academician of the IAS Higher School of the Head of the Institute of Combustion Problems, Almaty. Mansurova Z.A. Academician Ismagilov Z.R. noted that the mode of the event allows you to communicate productively, despite the threat of a pandemic, wished all participants good health and fruitful work.2. The second day was very busy. Geography of participants is Tomsk, Novokuznetsk, Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Elektrostal, Yakutsk, Novosibirsk.
