Preface

Abstract

International Scientific Conference Interstroymeh - 2020 was successfully held at Samara State Technical University (Samara, Russia) on December 17-18, 2020. ISM 2020 was dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Stanislav Yakovlevich Galitskov.In order to avoid the risk of crowd gathering, the Organizing Committee decided to hold ISM 2020 online, via Zoom platform. This gave scientists and practitioners from all over the country the opportunity to present their research despite the travel restrictions. Professors M. V. Nenashev (SamSTU), E. M. Kudryavtsev (Moscow State University), V. A. Zorin (MADI), B. G. Kim (VISU), V. A. Zhulai (VSTU) made plenary reports at the opening of the conference. There were five sections, where the speakers discussed various issues of construction, mechanical engineering, road building, materials science. Two days of the conference became a time of great insights and cooperation for all the participants.After careful reviewing, almost 40 papers were selected to be published in the ISM 2020 proceedings. They cover a range of topics such as automation in construction, production and maintenance of technological machines, materials manufacturing, road construction, industrial design. We express our gratitude to all the participants, members of the Organizing Committee, and editors for their valuable contribution in preparing the ISM 2020 proceedings.List of titles Appendix 1.
