Abstract

Welcome to 2020 2nd International Conference on Energy, Power, Environment and Computer Application (ICEPECA2020). Sincerely invite all scholars and scientists to join in the academic forum to share and discuss their innovative opinions on the areas of Energy, Power, Environment and Computer Application. Warmly expect for your actively participation!Due to the severe impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and travel restrictions, it has been difficult for authors to attend the offline meeting. Therefore, the ICEPECA2020 virtual conference is a better way to achieve the goal of ensuring the safety and health of all participants. It is great honor to inform you that ICEPECA2020 was successfully held November 23, 2020 in a way of virtual conference. On behalf of the organizing committee, we sincerely appreciate it for your actively participation and powerfully support!ICEPECA2020 was conducted virtually through the platform “VooV Meeting”. Before the official meeting, the organizing committee has opened a test room for all keynote speakers and authors to test the Zoom whether the operation is normal or not. Such as, video, audio, the screen and so on. The whole online meeting consists of three parts. The first part is the Keynote Speech. Prof. Zan Wu from Lund University, Sweden had 40 minutes to give his speech on Experiments and Modelling of Pool Boiling Heat Transfer on Micro/Nanostructured Surfaces; the second part is Oral Sessions, all the participants had 8-10 minutes to present their latest academic research findings one by one. Besides, there is a Q&A discussion after every presentation; the third part is Poster Sessions, some authors choose the poster report to show their academic results. All the positive academic exchanges and interactions in ICEPECA2020 online conference made a great success and promote the academic innovation and prosperity in the related fields of energy, electricity, environment and computer applications.All the submissions for ICEPECA2020 will go through the double-blind peer reviewing by the Technical Committee in order to ensure a high quality of the proceeding and the conference. It will be reviewed by at least two experts in the related fields to review it, according to the aspects of originality, significance, usefulness, technical soundness, reference to related literature, structure, English and more aspects. Besides, ICEPECA2020 uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in all submitted papers.Finally, ICEPECA2020 has received 92 papers before the final submission deadline. After the detailed reviewing, we have accepted 34 submissions. It is great honor for ICEPECA2020 to receive all the excellent articles in the relevant fields of Energy, Power, Environment and Computer Application.At last, ICEPECA2020 is willing to express the sincerest appreciation to all the active authors with innovative research findings, to the sponsor of Science and Engineering Research Center, Hong Kong, IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science with effective publication for all the excellent paper submissions, all the members and reviewers in ICEPECA2020 Technical Program Committee with professional and constructive reviewing.
