Preface

Abstract

The previous First International Conference on Water Conservancy, Hydropower and Building Engineering (WCHBE 2017) was successfully taken place on December 28-30, 2017 in Guangzhou, China. The 2018 2nd International Conference on Water Conservancy, Hydropower and Building Engineering (WCHBE 2018) was successfully taken place on September 28-30, 2018 in Zhuhai, China. The 2019 3rd International Conference on Water Conservancy, Hydropower and Building Engineering (WCHBE 2019) has been hosted by College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Gansu Agricultural University. The conference will be held on September 20-22, 2019 in Dalian, China. The conference is an international conference for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of water conservancy, hydropower and building engineering. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome previous and prospected authors submit your new research papers to WCHBE 2019, and share the valuable experiences with the scientist and scholars around the world.The proceedings are the result of WCHBE 2019, which presents 72 accepted articles selected from more than 130 papers submitted to the conference. All of the papers were subjected to peer-review by the program technical committee members and international reviewers.
