Abstract

The wonderful conference, the 4th International Conference on Mechanical, System and Control Engineering (ICMSC 2020), which should be taken place in Russia traditionally since 2017, was held virtually under the unusual conditions that COVID-19 virus imposes this year. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. The COVID-19 is unpredictable, so conference postponement met uncertainty, while many scholars and researchers want to attend this long-waited conference and have academic exchanges with their peers.2020 is certainly not easy - the situation with the COVID-19 virus is not easy in the whole world. But I want to note that there are no barriers to science, and we continue to work on our research areas remotely, using modern technical means. ICMSC 2020 chose Zoom as technical support to hold this virtual conference and each presenter holds 15 minutes for their work and have a pleasant discussion after presentation. Before conference, all the authors have prepared a video as backup in case there might be some technical or network problem, eventually, ICMSC 2020 gain a great success and became an effective communication platform for all the participants.The subject of the conference is devoted to the mechanics, systems and control, and has many applications in science and technology. Traditionally, the conference reviewed reports on the engineering industry, production organization and the space industry, and brought together participants from many countries from Russia, China and there were representatives of European countries. They communicated scientific sections were at the conference: Control Theory and Engineering, System Modelling, Power Engineering and simulations, etc. They put up various scientific approaches to solving similar problems.This is the most important advantage of an international conference to exchange experiences. I believe that the experience that we get from mutual communication using technical means will help not stop the progress in the development of engineering and engineering science.
