Preface

Abstract

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my pleasure to welcome all of you to the 3rd International Congress on Optics, Electronics, and Optoelectronics (ICOEO-2022). This year’s conference marks our third successful gathering of researchers, scholars, and practitioners in the fields of optics, electronics, and optoelectronics, and it is an honor to host such an esteemed group of experts.In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ICOEO-2022 was held as a virtual conference, rather than in-person as originally planned. Despite this unexpected change, the conference was a great success, bringing together more than 60 presenters and attendees from around the world. The conference program included 12 parallel sessions, a keynote forum, and a young scientists forum, covering a wide range of topics in optics, electronics, and optoelectronics.A total of 24 scholars from China, Japan, Korea, Russia, France, Ireland, Germany, Thailand, and Armenia contributed to this year’s conference by submitting high-quality papers. These papers were thoroughly reviewed and selected by our committee members, and the accepted papers will be published via IOP Publishing.This year’s conference featured a diverse range of topics, including optical communications, electronic devices, and optoelectronic materials, among others. The papers presented here provide insights into the latest research trends and developments in these fields and highlight the innovative contributions of the contributors.Finally, the success of ICOEO-2022 would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the organizing committee, program committee, and all the participants.
