Abstract
The 7th International Conference on Actual Problems in Machine Building was held at Novosibirsk State Technical University on 25 March.Originally the conference was supposed to be an academic discussion within the course of a major industrial exposition MashExpo-Siberia. The exposition is dedicated to novel tools, equipment and technologies for metalworks and mechanical engineering. Unfortunately, the exposition was postponed to an autumn due to the Covid pandemic. According to a current schedule MashExpo-Siberia will be held on 15-18 September 2020.Despite the fact that the exposition was postponed, small scale scientific meeting took a place in the conference hall in Novosibirsk State Technical University. Not all the manuscripts included in a programme were reported at the session. However, some reports were virtually made via Skype. We believe that the more studies will be presented at MashExpo 2020 this September.
