Abstract
Dear 4th Geoplanning Delegates,Welcome to 4th Geoplanning, International Conference of Geomatics and Planning. “Geoplanning” is an International Conference, an International Journal, and an online knowledge community which, together, set out to describe and analyse in scientific works in the field of applied geomatics’ technologies for spatial planning, including GIS, Remote Sensing, and Satellite Image Processing. The conference invites keynote speakers having international reputations and “calls for papers” to academics, researchers, professionals from universities, governments, private sectors, industries and other institutions to deliver their paper on the topics appropriate with the assigned themes and issues at that moment. In 2021, the major issue determined is Conference “Geospatial Technologies, Spatial Planning, and Regional Development in Pandemic Era”. We inform you that the conference format has changed in 2021. this is due to travel restrictions and COVID-19 cases that are still happening in Indonesia, especially in Semarang. previously the 4th geoplanning was supposed to be held in 2020 but we postponed it, so it had to be carried out in 2021 in accordance with the agreement with the event sponsor and university policy.
