Abstract

This issue is the most recent edition of the IBM Systems Journal Cumulative Index, covering all papers and issues from 1962 through 1994. The papers span a third of a century of scientific and technical progress in the fields of software and software systems. During that time, the nature of software research and practice has changed dramatically. The Journal has participated in that change through its role as a refereed journal, creating a valued source and an archival record for researchers and practitioners like.
