Preface

Abstract

The first and foremost thing that we will convey is the infinite gratitude for the implementation as well as for the publication of output from USN Kolaka-ADRI International Conference on Sustainable Coastal-Community Development (IC21ADRI-USN 2018). Unlimited thanks to all IC21ADRI-USN 2018 participants who came not only from academics but also from the bureaucracy both in and outside the Southeast Sulawesi region.IC21ADRI-USN 2018 is an international conference which is realized through the spirit of renewal, joint hard work between ADRI as the Steering Committee and USN Kolaka as the local committee. This achievement was certainly for the 21st work of ADRI, especially in the success of holding an international conference. For USN Kolaka, this achievement is not only a place for research dissemination for the academic community but also a place for friendship with fellow academicians from various countries.At first, from 302 paper registrants, 178 paper presenters were selected. Then through the results of the review, 62 articles were selected to be published in the IOP Conference Series.Hopefully with the publication of IC21ADRI-USN 2018 output, it can make a significant contribution to the development of the coastal region for the future. Finally, thanks to the Rector of USN Kolaka as the Chairman of the Southeast Sulawesi ADRI both for moral support and other material supports, thanks to the entire committee, thanks to all participants, and we do not forget to thank the readers for the free time to read this proceeding.Hopefully, these proceedings could give great benefits for the improvement of science and technology and for policies related to the future development.The Committee
