Preface

Abstract

It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you to the proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ICCEE 2021) which was held on June 25-27, 2021. We held a remote conference on ZOOM, it allows participants from many other countries across the globe to join in the conference. This is the 14th event in the ICCEE series and the second time we have to meet virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are pleased to see that our researchers involved in related filed remain active and productive in this challenging year.ICCEE covers a broad range of topics related to computer and electrical engineering. 43 presenters coming from China, Colombia, Ecuador, Indonesia, Thailand, Perú, USA, etc., to present and discuss topics in their respective research areas. The conference was held online for 3 days including the online test sessions, 2 keynote speeches, 1 invited speech, each with 40 minutes, and 6 authors’ presentation sessions during June 26-27. All research presentations were split into 6 sessions with the theme of power and electronic engineering; smart grid and control system; electrical engineering and automation; intelligent control and system; communication and system security; information engineering and image processing. 15 minutes for each presentation, including 2 minutes for the Q&A.All papers in this proceeding were subject to peer-review by conference committee members and international reviewers. Conference’s relevance and quality drive the selection of the documents included in the proceedings. We’d like to recognize the hard work of the entire committee for assembling a high-quality program. Their excellent professional advice enabled us to prepare this conference. Our special thanks go to our speakers as well as all the authors for sharing their latest research results. Talks from leading luminaries discuss and challenge us to debate on important technical topics. We hope these talks interest and inspire all of you.Although in-person conference brings deeply communication and collaboration for attendees, but living in challenging times where a global pandemic has upended our ways, we can only hold a remote conference on ZOOM to foster innovation and help to identify the areas of future interest and research. We hope these arrangements will translate into a great experience for all attendees.We hope that the conference results in significant contributions to the knowledge based in these scientific fields, expect that future conferences will be as stimulating as this one was, as indicated by the contributions presented in this proceedings volume.
