Abstract

Conference Papers based on the ICOEO Conference held in Chengdu, China 2020 One of the main objectives of the ICOEO-2020 (International Congress on Optics, Electronics, and Optoelectronics 2020) is to provide a forum for the discussion of a wide range of topics in modern optical, electronical engineering research focusing on modelling, theory, experiments and applications. ICOEO-2020 was held between the 4th Nov and 6th Nov in the historic City of Chengdu. It attracted more than 200 participants and over 70 speakers, with China, Germany and South Korea representing and heading the list of papers presented at the meeting.The topics covered in ICOEO-2020 included Superconductor Materials, Semiconductor Materials and Technology, Electronic and Optical Materials, Optoelectronic Technology, Magnetic Materials, Thin Films, Laser Technology, Sensor, Terahertz Technology, Communication, Health Care, Solar Cell, Piezoelectrics, Ferroelectrics and Pyroelectrics Materials and Technology. 12 early career scientists delivered their talks at Young Scientists Forum, 3 more young authors contributed papers for this conference proceedings.I was the Honorary Chair of the ICOEO-2020 and gave a welcome speech to the audience, who attended the conference by online system because of epidemic of COVID-19.ICOEO-2020 invited six distinguished experts at Keynote Forum on the first day of the conference: • Dr. Mohamad Sawan of Westlake University, China gave a presentation on Biodevices for the Diagnostic and Treatment of Neurodegenerative Diseases • Dr. Hong Gao of Xi’an Jiaotong University, presented a lecture entitled Highly-efficient Quantum Memory for Quantum Qubits Encoded with Photon’s Orbital Angular Momentum • Dr. Chaoyuan Jin of Zhejiang University, he is also the moderator of ICOEO-2020 Keynote Forum, he presented a lecture dealing with Laser Interference for Nano-material Growth and Micro-cavity Lasers • Dr. Wenbin Dou of Southeast University, China delivered a presentation on Power Combining at Terahertz Bands--A New Approach • Dr. Naosheng Qiao of Hunan University of Arts and Sciences, China gave a presentation on Dual-frequency Fringe Projection for Three-dimensional Shape Measurement Based on Correction of Gamma Nonlinearity • Dr. Dieter Bimberg of CIOMP and Technical University of Berlin, presented a lecture on Green Internet and Data Communication The present volume is a compilation of the papers presented at the ICOEO-2020 and prepared from the final papers submitted by the authors.
