Abstract
On behalf of the conference committee, I feel extremely glad to welcome all experts and participants to the International Laser Technology & Optics Symposium 2019, iLATOS 2019 . We thank all participants for your continuous support to iLATOS conference series. We are so excited to have you all here to participate to our iLATOS 2019 , organized by Laser Center, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. iLATOS 2019 provides a binding platform for all academicians, researchers, and experts to get together to share current knowledge and findings in the area of, but not limited to laser technology and optics fields. We hope that the conference could provide a meaningful networking and collaborative ties among researchers in their fields.Finally, I would like to express my gratitude towards you all who sincerely contributed to this event in order to make it a success.
