Preface

Abstract

ITB International Geothermal Workshop 2023 was an event organized by ITB Geothermal Master Program which was held on 06th-7th June 2023 onsite at East Campus Center Building ITB Bandung. Attended by more than 200 participants of geothermal community across the world, such as academia, industries, and governments. This year’s theme is “Geothermal for Accelerating Post-Pandemic Economic Recovery”. The theme focuses on how geothermal can help the economy and accelerate geothermal programs in Indonesia by inviting speakers from various aspects of geothermal energy.The academia participants include participants from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Universitas Brawijaya, Universitas Negeri Manado, Universitas Pattimura, Universitas Pertamina, Kyoto University, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November, Universitas Padjajaran, and UPN Veteran Yogyakarta. Participants from industries include PT. Geo Dipa Energi, Ormat Technologies, Medco Cahaya Geothermal, PT. Sumbawa Timur Mining, PT.
