Abstract

The 2022 International Conference on Applied Mathematics and Computational Mechanics (AMCM 2022), scheduled to be held in Wuhan, China, was held virtually online during April 19-20th, 2022, taking the attendees’ well being as first priority.APED 2021 is aiming to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of applied mathematics and computional mechanics to exchange ideas, to present sophisticated research works and to discuss hot topics. During the conference, the conference consist of four sessions, including 65 oral presentations, 4 keynote speeches, and 42 poster presentations. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches.More than 100 individuals attended this online conference via cloud platform for video and audio Zoom. Their insightful speeches gave our participants great inspiration. The proceedings of AMCM 2022 span over 4 topical tracks, that include: Applied Mathematics and Energy Development, Applied Mathematics and Urban Planning, Computational Mechanics and Infrastructural Construction, Mathematics and Computing Science. Every accepted paper has undergone peer review process arranged by the Editorial Committee. At least two independent reviewers should review and approve a paper. We believe that the Proceedings will serve as an important research source to provide recent development and information related to applied mathematics and computational mechanics. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all authors and presenters. We are also grateful to the Technical Program Committee members and reviewers as well as all the colleagues from IOP publisher. It is the joint efforts of everyone that makes the conference a great success.List of Committee Members are available in the pdf.
