Preface: International Conference on Mechanical, Electronics and Computer Engineering ICMECE 2020

Abstract

This special issue includes the proceedings of the First International Conference on Mechanical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering 2020 (ICMECE 2020), which was held during 22nd April 2020 at RanBal Research Institute (RBRI) in Kancheepuram, Tamilnadu, India. ICMECE 2020 provided a platform to experts, researchers, scholars, and academicians from the different parts of the world to exhibit their latest innovative research results and the most recent technologies and trends in the fields of Mechanical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering.The first edition of ICMECE 2020 was represented by many authors from India and foreign countries via Zoom app as lockdown was implemented across the country due to covid-19. The program comprised of four plenary and six Invited lectures and seventy oral presentations covering emerging fields of core engineering. The organizing committee sincerely acknowledges the support and continuous encouragement from Shri. E. Santhanam and Smt. S. Selvambal (The Chairpersons - RBRI). We are grateful to the advisory and technical review committees for their valuable suggestions and contributions in organizing the mammoth scientific event.Further, we would like to thank Prof. P. Rajasekaran, Deputy Registrar, Vinayaka Mission‘s Research Foundation - Deemed to be University (VMRF-DU) and Prof. L. Prabhu Vice-Principal (Admin), Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology (AVIT), Paiyanoor, Chennai, for their eternal support towards the successful conduct of the forum.The first edition of the ICMECE 2020 proceedings includes thirty-three papers eventually accepted after a careful peer-review process accomplished on the presented articles. The organizers incerely express our gratitude to the Editors (Prof.S.Harikrishnan & Prof.P.Anandhi) and all the reviewers for their great efforts in bringing out the high standard scientific publication.
