Abstract
As a continuation of IHMSC 2009 to IHMSC 2019, the 12th International Conference on Intelligent Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics takes place virtually at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. The conference proceeding is published by the IEEE Computer Society Conference Publishing Service (CPS). Advances in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Human-Machine Systems, and Cybernetics continually play important roles in creating intelligent and friendly environments involving state-of-art technologies. The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for exchanges of research results, novel ideas and innovative applications among researchers and practitioners involved with all aspects of Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics in the era of Big Data and Knowledge Network. However, due to Covid-19 global pandemic, the conference has to be held virtually this year, there will be 10 virtual sessions devoted to theories and methodologies for this conference. This year is a very difficult year for everyone, the Covid-19 has changed the world a lot. In this tough situation, IHMSC 2020 still has received an overwhelming response of 300 papers submitted to the Program Committee. After the rigorous reviewing process, about 120 papers are accepted for presentations and included in the proceedings. These papers will be presented during the 2-day’s conference.
