Abstract
2023 International Conference on Mathematical Modeling, Algorithm and Computer Simulation (MMACS 2023) was held virtually during February 25-26, 2023 in Seoul, South Korea due to the Covid-19. On behalf of the organizing committee and technical program committee, we would like to extend the warmest welcome to you.
 MMACS 2023 is dedicated to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in artificial intelligence, mathematical modeling, algorithm, computer simulation and related areas. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.
 MMACS 2023 received submissions from universities and institutions. After peer review, papers are accepted for publication in conference proceedings based on its topic relevance and quality. We continue to build on the theme of mathematical modeling, with keynotes and papers on this important and growing topic. We strive to organize a conference that is technical strong while offering a great attendee experience. We look forward to your survey feedback in continuing to keep this conference a great experience in future years.
