Predictors of Serum Testosterone Normalization after Neoadjuvant and Concurrent Androgen Deprivation Therapy in Conjunction with Radiotherapy for Localized Prostate Cancer

Abstract

To determine the time for testosterone normalization after neo-adjuvant androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) in conjunction with external beam radiotherapy or low dose-rate (LDR) brachytherapy for patients with clinically localized prostate cancer, and to determine predictors for prolonged testosterone recovery time (TRT) in this group of treated patients.
