Abstract
Clomiphene Citrate (CC) is an off-label treatment for hypogonadal men who wish to preserve or improve fertility. CC has been shown to improve semen parameters in some men, but defined parameters for patient selection remain elusive. Elucidating predictors of response would enhance shared decision making between clinicians and patients. We examined the relationship between demographic factors, pre-treatment laboratory values, and duration of CC therapy on changes in semen parameters in hypogonadal men receiving CC.
