Abstract
Cette recherche a pour objet d'estimer la validite predictive des evaluations de candidats policiers effectuees par un centre de selection avant leur entree en formation. Les correlations de ces evaluations avec les performances en academie de police et au travail sont jugees insuffisantes. Les difficultes d'estimation de cette validite sont discutees
