Abstract

The intellectual property implications and, in particular, the issues arising from copyright law, of the use of data in the context of predictive policing remain an obscure area. This article will try to bring light to the copyright implications that potentially arise from the use of predictive policies technologies, while providing a chance to revisit the Belgian implementation of the EU copyright acquis.
