Abstract

With the rapid development of economy, the competition of companies will ultimately come down to the competition of talents. Therefore, the company's human resource planning is very important. In order to deeply analyze the influence of company strategy on the total amount and structure of existing human resources, this paper firstly selects the key influencing factors of total amount of human resources, constructs the index system of total amount of human resources analysis, and establishes the prediction model of total amount of human resources by using the Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System. Finally, we use the company's historical data to test the model, and use the best scenario to predict and analyze the total scale of the company's future human resources. The results show that the Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System has a good prediction effect and can effectively predict the total amount of human resources.
