Abstract

Hydride superconductor YCH12, which can be formed using a new hydrogen source adamantine, was explored using DFT calculations. The results revealed a maximal Tc ∼112 K in the triclinic phase at 180 GPa attributed to a strong electron–phonon coupling around 3.80.
