Abstract

Objectives: Dobutamine stress echocardiography (DSE) was performed prospectively at our institute since 2006. The DSE was used to assess the myocardial viability and contractile reserve in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy (left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF]? 30%). We aim to evaluate the role of DSE and surgical prognosis in assessment of myocardial viability in patients with ischemia cardiomyopathy.
