Abstract

In the world of medical science, decisions are made based on the stored data and the experience of the doctors. There can be chances of errors, longer time in diagnosis, increase in cost as well for treating the vital organ heart. Current database system in hospitals contains large volumes of data which can be used to predict the health of the heart. This data can be turned into useful information that can be used to make an intelligent decision-making system which can predict the chance of occurrence of disease. This system provides the ability to predict the occurrence of heart disease in an individual. It uses the convolutional neural network for prediction. Using important factors such as age, sex, cholesterol, ECG slope, it can predict the probability of person getting prone to heart disease. These attributes are nothing but the clinical data of the patients.
