Abstract
With the prevalence of social networks, trust, as the basis of interaction between users, plays an important role in the dissemination of information, the exchange of experiences, and the formation of public social opinion. From the perspective of organizational behavior, the development law of trust relationships is determined by examining social hierarchy theory and homogeneity theory, and then a trust relationship prediction model is developed. First, the social hierarchy theory and the homogeneity theory are explained, and their existence in social networks is confirmed. Second, the influence of hierarchy theory and homogeneity theory on trust relationships is proposed. And The methods of social hierarchy regularization and homogeneity regularization are also proposed. Finally, the three-dimensional decomposition method of a non-negative matrix is utilized to combine the social hierarchy theory and the homogeneity theory in order to realize the trust relationship. The prediction model is proposed, along with the SocialTrust model, for the prediction of trust relationships. The experimental results indicate that this method predicts trust relationships with greater accuracy than other methods.
