Abstract
Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) is one of the most common chronics autoimmune disease of childhood with no effective prevention and curative treatment.Improving clinical understanding of the pathogenesis and onset of T1DM in children, improving the rate of pre-diagnosis, carrying out effective clinical intervention timely is one of the hot fields in diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in children.This paper will make a review of domestic and international literature of the recent 3 to 5 years.
