Abstract

Purpose: Accelerated functional mobility decline in people with Knee Osteoarthritis (OA) has been associated with, pain, joint function, and real-life physical activity. Yet the overall impact of physical activity on the functional decline is not fully understood. This study aimed to investigate the real-life physical activity risk factors associated with longitudinal decline in gait speed in people with knee OA using baseline sensor-based physical activity measures.
