went bilateral and unilateral bone transport, respectively. Method of Data Analysis: Consolidation of the distracted tissue was examined radiologically. Results: The bone transport was achieved without complication. Series of panoramic radiograms showed radiopacity in the distracted gaps gradually increased. Residual ridges were restored with regenerative bone and their covering attached mucosa. Conclusion: The distractor enables the bone transport as an internal technique and is effective in reconstructing a segmental defect of the mandible without grafting procedure.
