Abstract
This paper introduces a way to couple an external electrical circuit to a basic Electric Field Integral Equation (EFIE) formulation for low frequencies. The EFIE classically uses Loop interpolation functions that can be seen as circuit loops. We can take advantage of this in order to use a circuit approach to connect an external circuit and to solve multiply connected problems. We will propose an efficient preconditioning based on the H-matrices.
