Abstract
In a recent issue of Nature Nanotechnology, Zeng etal. report that arraying immuno-stimulatory CpG molecules with specific nanoscale spacing on DNA origami nanoparticles enhanced Th1-polarized immune responses. These results highlight spatial presentation of adjuvants as a design strategy to optimize cancer vaccine efficacy, safety, and tolerability.
