Abstract
The present article describes an astronomical complex erected on Mount Terskol in the Elbrus area (height 3150 m). The complex consists of a 2-m telescope, hardware-software equipment, and commonly used methods of obtaining measurement information from optical observations of celestial objects in near space, small bodies of the solar system, as well as space vehicles upon launching and in the course of flight. Results of measurements are presented; the position error amounts to 0.33″.
