Pre-surgical diagnostic challenges for coincidental three pathologies (endometrial cancer, ovarian serous cyst and endometriotic cyst): case report

Abstract

Introduction: A 65-year-old patient was admitted to our clinic for surgical intervention because of a massive complex pelvic mass. The patient was in general good condition at admission. She was asymptomatic and the pelvic mass was discovered during routine investigations for hypertension in another hospital.
