Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research specifically examines the practice of managing the Village Fund for handling the COVID-19 pandemic. The research objective was to analyze the management practices of the Village Fund in handling the COVID-19 pandemic compared to applicable policies / regulations. Data mining was carried out by interviewing related parties and documentation study. This study takes the object of Bendo Village, Ponggok District, Blitar Regency. The findings of this study are that in general the practice of managing village funds for handling the COVID-15 pandemic is in accordance with applicable regulations. The procedure for allocating the use of the Village Fund follows the village planning and budgeting process. The change in focus of activities for handling the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out through the Village Deliberation in the Village RKP. Changes to the Village RKP are followed by changes to the Village APBD by maximizing the fields of Disaster Management, Emergency Situations, and Urgent Village. The Village Fund Budget is allocated for activities in the field of Village Development Implementation and the field of Village Disaster Management, Emergency and Urgent. Priority for using Village Funds for handling COVID-19 is through the CPID-19 Emergency Response Program, Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), and Cash For Work (PKT).Keywords: Management Practices, Village Funds, Handling Covid-19
