Pragmatic characteristics of somatic phraseological combinations in the works of J. Austin and I. Efendiyev

Abstract

the article is devoted to the pragmatic function of somatic phraseological combinations in literary texts in the works of J. Austin and I. Efendiyev. Linguistic pragmatics is one of the relatively new fields in linguistics. It collected many achievements of rhetoric, stylistics, social and psycholinguistics. This direction is closely related to developments in the field of speech act theory and communication technologies. Linguopragmatics is of particular interest to those who deal with the problems of communicative effectiveness, public relations and advertising (in the broad sense of the word), speech etiquette, theory and practice of translation, etc. Linguistics studies taking into account the age, gender, social status and professional characteristics of the speakers during the use of the language, as well as the specific conditions and goals of the speech act. The conducted studies show that somatic phraseological combinations in the works of J.Austin and I. Efendiyev perform similar functions and have a universal character. In this context, the use of somatic phraseological combinations in accordance with the pragmatics of the text means their reinterpretation. These signs are also observed at the microtext level. Pragmalinguistics requires the exact meaning of words and their local use; pragmatically loaded words in the text should be used exactly according to the context, the author's intention and be far from rhetoric. статья посвящена прагматической функции соматических фразеологических сочетаний в художественных текстах в творчестве Дж. Остин и И. Эфендиева. Лингвистическая прагматика – одно из относительно новых направлений лингвистики. Она собрала множество достижений риторики, стилистики, социальной лингвистики и психолингвистики. Это направление тесно связано с разработками в области теории речевых актов и коммуникативных технологий. Лингвопрагматика представляет особый интерес для тех, кто занимается проблемами коммуникативной эффективности, связей с общественностью и рекламы (в широком смысле этого слова), речевого этикета, теории и практики перевода и т.д. Лингвопрагматика изучает язык в процессе его использования с учетом возрастных, половых, социальных и профессиональных особенностей говорящих, а также конкретных условий и целей речевого акта. Проведенные исследования показывают, что соматические фразеологические сочетания в произведениях Дж. Остин и И. Эфендиева выполняют сходные функции и носят универсальный характер. В данном контексте использование соматических фразеологических сочетаний в соответствии с прагматикой текста означает их переосмысление. Эти признаки также наблюдаются на уровне микротекста.Прагмалингвистика требует точного значения слов и их местного использования; прагматически загруженные слова в тексте должны использоваться точно по контексту, замыслу автора и быть далекими от риторики.
