Abstract

Objective To discuss the practice-based and research-oriented model for the training of the Chinese medicine hospital's nursing teachers. Methods Practice-based and research-oriented model for the training of the Chinese medicine hospital's nursing teachers was focused and the application of scientific thinking should be conducted to guide the process of clinical practice. Results This mode could evidently improve the critical thinking, the capacity for scientific research and the quality of clinical teaching (P<0.05). Conclusions Practice-based and research-oriented model for the training of the Chinese medicine hospital's nursing teachers can improve the clinical thinking, the capacity for scientific research and quality of the clinical teaching.
