Abstract

As a native high-altitude population,Tibetan exhibits a series of psychological characteristics.These features significantly differ from those of the native plain populations in the long-term process of adaption to high-altitude hypoxia and natural selection by high-altitude environment.These diferences are very likely to be associated with genomic sequence variation influenced by specific environment.With the rapid development of research platforms of high throughput sequencing and genome-wide association study,the new techniques are widely applied in the mechanism research of Tibetan genetically adapt to high altitude.This paper mainly focuses on the genetic mechanism advancement of Tibetan adapt to high altitude in the filed of genomics,in order to further explore the mechanisms of high altitude adaptation and high altitude illness,and to look for new startegies and targets for the treatment of high altitude illness.
