Abstract

This article examines the concept of ‘Let Go’ from Vedanta (treasure house of Indian spiritual wisdom). It provides insights into the idea of ‘let go’ as transcendence. Further, the article details out ways to practice the concept and apply this at all levels of personality, namely physical, vital, mental, intellectual and emotional levels. The article brings out the key concept of ‘let go’ as observed in the four major paths of Yoga. The idea of ‘let go’ in practice is examined to help develop inner peace and harmony in oneself and surroundings.
